Greetings from Captain Devon!

I am a Professional Yacht Captain
living and working in Fort Lauderdale,
the US East Coast, Bahamas,
and Carribbean.

You see, as we say down in South Florida, “Yachting is a fluid situation” and it’s just that: an environment of constant change. We’re on the go. We travel, A LOT. A moving yacht is a happy one, and all the free-spirit birds that crew them, well those birds gotta spread their wings and fly.

Consequently, my winters typically consist of island hopping and scuba diving, between Florida, the Keys, Bahamas, and Caribbean.

Then as the North begins to thaw, right around Florida’s hellishly hot summer hurricane season, I make my way up the East Coast, boating and fishing through the Carolinas, the Chesapeake Bay, and on to New England. There I spend the majority of my summer visiting the shanty towns of Long Island, Rhode Island, Cape Cod, and Maine.
